Abdrashev Bakhtiyar Tolepbergenovich, born in 1972, in 1990 graduated from the Kulyash Bayseitova Republican secondary specialized music boarding school for gifted children. From 1990 to 1992 he had served in compulsory military service. From 1992 to 1997 he studied at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. In 1999, he completed an assistant internship at the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. From 2001 to 2004 he studied at the Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University, majoring in law.
